At Prime Auto Sounds & Security, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and at the best possible rates. Please read our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship nationwide within New Zealand using trusted courier services.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days (rural deliveries may take longer).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free Shipping Offers
From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly stated on our website and apply only to eligible orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your parcel’s journey.
In-store Pickup
Free local pickup is available from our Hamilton store during business hours. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order details so we can assist promptly.
International Shipping
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.
